Gang Rape is Strictly Prohibited!

tzVEHSo you need a sign to tell you where gang rape (as opposed to normal rape) is prohibited? How many gang rapers look around for a sign first?

Can someone explain this one to me?

    I saw the same sign today – 11/25/09 on the 312 from Bothell to Seattle.
